Crisp bread with oat flour
GLUTEN-FREE and lactose-free Crunchy Bread is made from carefully selected oat flour. This product is rich in dietary fibre and has a unique crispness and fine taste.
Ingredients
Gluten free oat flour (23%), rice flour, rice semolina, potato starch, corn starch, sunflower oil, gluten free oat flakes (4%), yeast, sugar, sugarbeet fibers, inverted sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), ioded salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickeners (carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum). May contain traces of sesame seeds and milk.
