Unsere B\u00e4ckermeister erz\u00e4hlen gerne, dass die Herstellung von Knusperbrot die Haute Horlogerie der B\u00e4ckerei ist. Die Herstellung eines Knusperbrotes mit perfekter Konsistenz, das beim Bei\u00dfen h\u00e4lt, ohne zu zerfallen, und die Sinne anregt, erfordert ein hohes Ma\u00df an Fachwissen, absolute Pr\u00e4zision und erstklassige Rohstoffe. Unser Knusperbrot zeichnet sich au\u00dferdem durch seine gro\u00dfe Vielfalt (mit oder ohne Gluten), seine lange Haltbarkeit und seinen geringen Salzgehalt aus.<\/p>\n
